Naturaquarium
In einem Naturaquarium wird mit der Hilfe von Mikroorganismen und den vielen Wasserpflanzen unter anderem das Wasser gereinigt und mit Sauerstoff angereichert, -die Lebensbedingungen für Fische und Pflanzen sind also denen in der Natur sehr ähnlich.
Diese Dreifalt – Fische, Pflanzen und Mikroorganismen – bildet die integralen Bestandteile eines Biotops und Naturaquarium.
(Mikroorganismen = kleine Helferlein die Ballaststoffe biologisch abbauen und für das natürliche Gleichgewicht sorgen)
Einrichtung
Würde es sich um ein Theaterstück handeln, so könnte man sagen, die Fische spielten die Hauptrolle, die Wasserpflanzen, Wurzeln und Steine wären das Bühnenbild und die Mikroorganismen die Bühnenarbeiter. Wenn das Stück gewechselt wird, ändern nicht nur die Dekoration, sondern auch die Hauptdarsteller.
Mit andern Worten ausgedrückt: Unterschiedliche Layouts eignen sich wiederum für einen ganz unterschiedlichen Fisch- und Pflanzenbesatz.
Dekoration
Es gibt wohl kaum ein anderes Thema, das unter Aquarianern kontroverser diskutiert wird. Für die einen sind es Steine und Wurzeln (wo auch ich dazu gehöre…), andere akzeptieren maximal farbigen Kies. Doch die Gruppe derjenigen, die auch Fantasie- und Spielzeugfiguren zulässt, nimmt stetig zu und das sind nicht nur Kinder.
Dies ist auch überhaupt kein Problem, solange sie den Wasserwerten, Fischen und Pflanzen nicht schaden und den eigentlichen Zweck noch erfüllen und zwar einen Lebensraum mit Versteckmöglichkeiten bieten und schaffen!
